Saving Money in 2023
Since writing my post on the money savings challenge which involved saving cash, in 2018 so much has changed, the world has changed but more importantly, how we handle money has dramatically changed. We were heading towards using cashless systems more and more but the pandemic definitely hurtled us towards cashless much quicker. To the people who still use cash, putting the cash aside for the money saving challenge is still a realistic option but with so many more people opting for online banking and not having cash around here are some ideas to help you successfully complete the money savings challenge in the digital age. Firstly, most online bank accounts allow you to set up ‘pots’ or ‘spaces’ where you can put money aside. If you are on the ball and want to do it manually, you can transfer the daily saving amount via online banking from your main account to one of your pots, spaces or savings account. Alternatively, you could always transfer the money weekly instead and just for y
